Walked out to Coran Lochan at the end of the peninsula this morning. Very nice day although quite cold. Unusually, I met several people on the way – I’ve often done this walk and seen not a soul from beginning to end. Must be with it being a public holiday.
Here is Schrodi enjoying his new cat shelves which were a Christmas present. He never seemed to like the original high level shelf, but now there are three arranged in a row he has taken to the bottom one and started sleeping there.

I bought a wicker basket to carry cakes and pies over for my parents. It looks more decorative than a plastic bag and it keeps things flat. Not sure how, but Schrodi found it on top of the chest of drawers in the hall and decided it would be a good place for a nap.
