R’s New Bed

Today R got a new bed. The old one had been a Saphy project in more ways than one. Firstly she had ripped the shit out of the headboard, and secondly she had had more than one bird under there over the last year or so. Although we had managed in general to either rescue the creature or extract the corpse, it was not an easy bed to move to clean under it, so when he ordered a new one, Saphy had to assist me in cleaning up the hundreds of feathers underneath the old one. Note also the strange stain which I think is cat related too.

The room looked much better after I had hoovered them up.

 

But Amber wasn’t pleased. “Where has my bed gone?” she asked.

She found another place but it was a bit small.

During all of this, Lucky slept on the clean sheets I had put on J’s bed ready for his arrival tomorrow.
