Chicken Pie
I made us some nice Sunday food today – all from a few chicken legs. I cooked them in the slow cooker overnight.
Then in the morning I made a chicken and mushroom pie from most of the meat.
I served this with baked potatoes and sprouts
Then what was left of the chicken went back in the slow cooker with vegetables and herbs. Four hours later it was ready for supper with a few slices of homemade granary bread.
