Bit of a weather change

R and I went for a walk yesterday. It was pouring with rain and we got soaked to the skin (me more than R because he dresses more sensibly).

This was some of the devastation caused to the trees around the Inverlounin loop path by the storm.

Today it was more like this. Bitterly cold and clear.

Unfortunately I can’t really walk outside on days like this at the moment, because the combination of rain for days followed by sub zero temperatures will have turned the paths into ice skating rinks and I am still not 100% sure of my balance on very treacherous ground. So I did an aerobics workout instead.

Off to Norfolk tomorrow for another jolly week packing boxes with J. That is, “packing boxes in the company of J”, not actually packing him in to boxes.
