Third Day of Mousemas

Made some mince pies today. Last year I had to buy shop made ones because I had my arm in a sling, but this year I reverted to normal and made them from scratch.

Mine are much less sweet than the shop ones as I don’t put sugar in the pastry. You actually see them with icing on the top, which to my mind is just adding a whole load of extra sugar you don’t need.
