Truly beautiful day today

It was -5C this morning early when we set out for Helensburgh to get the car serviced and go to the dentist. This was our driveway at 7:30

It was spectacularly beautiful all along the road. We took this picture when stopped at traffic lights, but it doesn’t do it justice.

Then we walked along the front to Rhu. The sea was like a mirror and there were some very cold looking swans and oyster catchers.

It still hadn’t defrosted on the way back either, so temperature has been below zero all day. Watching people hacking their cars out of the ice I am just glad we have the garage now.
