Saphy’s projects

Saphy has an ongoing lifetime project to destroy any item of leather furniture in the house. So far she has worked on an ottoman, two office chairs (well one is still in progress but as I only bought it last year she still has a way to go), all the lounge chairs, and most notably the side of R’s bed. This is covered in what used to be called PVC, but now is rather tweely referred to as “faux leather”. She has basically ripped the shit out of it.

In an attempt to discourage her from this behaviour (I don’t know why because the deed is already done), R bought a scratching pad and put it next to the area of the bed she is working on. Of course she completely ignored it, and has now shifted her attention to the bottom of my bed.
