Longer walk today

Nothing by my former standard, but I walked with R all the way to Inveronich house which was the furthest I have been on the reconstructed foot as yet. It was fine, but although I am now only using one crutch in the house, I took both outside because it is very rough under foot.

The bluebells are in full swing on the side of Beinn Donich now.

R went on up the hill and reckoned he had seen a few midgies. I don’t think they are the real deal though because we don’t normally get them until the laburnum trees come out which is typically the last week in May.
