Eighth Day of Mousemas – Christmas Day

Merry Christmas everyone!
Amber and Saphy sang the “12 Days of Mousemas” for us (Lucky was outside greeting the mice, voles and birds with goodwill to all creatures).

The Twelve Days of Mousemas

Two tasty treats,

🎶 On the third day of Mousemas, my human gave to me
Three scratching posts,
Two tasty treats,
And a mouse in a tiny tree. 🎶

🎶 On the fourth day of Mousemas, my human gave to me
Four balls of yarn,
Three scratching posts,
Two tasty treats,
And a mouse in a tiny tree. 🎶

*Verse 5:*
🎶 On the fifth day of Mousemas, my human gave to me
Five golden fish!
Four balls of yarn,
Three scratching posts,
Two tasty treats,
And a mouse in a tiny tree. 🎶

🎶 On the sixth day of Mousemas, my human gave to me
Six birds a-chirping,
Five golden fish!
Four balls of yarn,
Three scratching posts,
Two tasty treats,

Seven chairs for clawing
Six birds a-chirping,
Five golden fish!
Four balls of yarn,

Eight voles a squeaking,
Seven chairs for clawing,
