Second Day of Mousemas

Sadly I am not able to bake mince pies this year as my arm is in a sling.

Instead I bought them from ‘Fynest Fish’. This is a local company in Inverary who are basically a fishmonger, but deliver a lot of different local produce to the surrounding area. This is the sort of business I like to support – their fish and meat is excellent (much better than the supermarket if a bit more pricy). Let’s see what their mince pies are like.
