R Cooking

R has started to take an interest in cookery of all things!

He doesn’t want to learn from me and gets all his recipes from the Internet. So far he has been pretty successful – although he won’t take a telling as far as the proper cooking of potatoes is concerned (I like my potatoes and rice thoroughly cooked all the way through without “a bone” in the middle).

All this started with the air fryer I gave him for Christmas. As far as I am concerned the jury is still out on this one, because it always seems a bit of a fart to set up and clean, but I will say that it makes lovely chips. R’s “crispy fries with fresh rosemary” are particularly good.
