New meal in the repertoire

I added a new made-up meal to my repertoire today. I call this an Italian meatball bake.
Take two left over quarter pounder beef burgers (or start from scratch with mince). If they are burgers, cut each into four and roll it into balls.
Heat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius. Place a small amount of oil on a baking tray, and add to meatballs you’ve just made. Take a tray of cherry tomatoes and add to the meatballs. Place in the oven for 20 minutes.
While the meatballs are cooking, cook some small pasta such as macaroni for about 10 minutes. Mix together one can of chopped tomatoes and one jar of ready made pasta sauce. Add seasoning, salt pepper and garlic puree plus a good handful of herbs.
Put the meatballs and tomatoes into a deep dish and place the pasta on top. Pour the sauce over the pasta. Take one ball of mozzarella, cut into slices and place it over the pasta. Put back into the oven and bake for 15 minutes or until the cheese is melted.
Yum Yum!
