The 10th Day of Mousemas

One vole and one bird today. I am trying to save sensibilities by not specifying the exact type of bird Saphy specializes in – but let’s just say it is not the very common chaffinch and leave it at that.

J tried to go home on the bus today. He waited at the bus stop for half an hour but it never came – turned out the Glen Mhor road was closed by snow. He came back here so soaked to the skin that I had to put all his clothes in the dryer for 30 minutes. He managed to get away on the afternoon bus and arrived home successfully.
