We got the girls

We picked the girls up in Arrochar today.  All we saw of them were some scared eyes in a tabby face, and a huddle of black fur at the back of one of the carriers.

We had the spare room all prepared with food, toys, two new beds and a litter tray, and just as we expected, the moment we opened the boxes we saw two streaks of fur as they vanished under the beds.

We left the lights on, closed the door and left them in peace to settle down.  Doubtless they will emerge tomorrow or at worst in a couple of days.
