Baking today

I felt like doing some baking today, so I rustled up some sausage rolls.  I am not ashamed to admit that I used shop bought puff pastry, because although I am a big fan of homemade things, and also can make it myself successfully (honest I can), it is way more trouble than it is worth.  The shop bought stuff is perfectly fine and doesn’t involve hanging around for hours taking it in and out of the fridge for resting.

I also made some of these little fellows.
