Don’t know what this world is coming to

I’m going to stop reading the news from today. A world where protests are allowed over someone who died in a different country over at the far side of the world, and now they are banning them over a serving police office in London who killed a girl and dumped her in a drain beggers belief. Also a frail 5″2 woman being dragged down by two burly men from the same police force who killed the original woman and handcuffed by them. I think I shall just move to Greenland once my pussycat passes on.

Having said this, I am obviously a woman, and the only violence I potentially have faced in my life was at an autobank in Carlisle where a man came up behind me and tried to snatch the money I had just taken out. Women are not as weak and helpless as the current parlance would indicate as I stepped backwards and stamped very hard on his foot. I don’t suppose he would be doing that again in a hurry. I’ve never felt any fear on the streets including walking through the East End in London and the Gorbals in Glasgow.
