Dunoon

When I was a little child my mum used to read me a wee poem about “Dunoon, Dunoon the bonny wee toon”. Well thank heavens for Morrisons in Dunoon. They delivered every one of our groceries yesterday. No fault to ASDA but the A83 bypass route got closed again yesterday. I have no faith in the future of deliveries along that route and I have decided to permanently transfer my orders to Morrisons who are on the Dunoon road which is not so susceptible to being closed all the time.

If I were ASDA I would be joining with the head of A&B council in a formal protest to the government. That is at least £100 and sometimes up to £200 per week they have lost from us – god knows how much in total from everyone in the village as the vans used to be constantly coming and going.
