Managed to get Mum and Dad some food

R and I managed to get a repeating order from ASDA yesterday for my parents only by booking it at 10:001pm exactly. I tried ringing them during the day but aparently they have closed down their call centre unless you have an existing order. The system for vulnerable people just does not work. I can’t tell you how much I hate these people in the government as they simultaneously tell people to stay in and then don’t allow them to get any kind of food order. Maybe they would like my 90 year old blind father and 80 year old disabled mother to starve to death. The people who are likely to be impacted by this are also people who are not likely to be Internet aware.

Just stay sensible.
