Welcome to the first day of Spring

R says the first day of spring is 1st March. I say it is 21st April. Today I think I am somewhat justified as we have a load of snow, and by the look of it more to come. This has definitely been the most severe winter since we moved here. Actually I quite like snow, but I am a bit concerned as R has to go out today, plus my Mum is supposed to be coming on Saturday to deliver pictures for the opening of the new gift shop. We spent another happy hour this morning clearing the drive yet again. I was supposed to be getting an ASDA delivery this morning but I will not blame them if they don’t turn up under the circumstances.
