A lovely walk today

R and I went all the way up to the top of the waterfalls today.  I first went to the bridge at the base a few weeks ago, but this was my first go up (and down) the very steep and rough steps to the top since my operation.  Here I am looking triumphant.

Then we went down to the cow field path and flew the drone I gave R for Christmas – it is a beautiful little thing which takes off from the palm of your hand and you slot your phone into the controller so you can see where you are going when the drone is so far away as to be invisible.  It does photos and videos.

The one below is actually of R and I in the far distance.

On the way back through the village (about 2 miles from home) we saw a familiar black shape by the side of the road in the distance.  When it moved we saw a distinctive tail, and we are pretty sure it was Lucky out on his travels.  Not even Tora used to go that far…
